ALBA-TCP declared that they “are closely monitoring the situation in the Plurinational State of Bolivia and express their deepest concern regarding the allegations made by former president Evo Morales.”

The member countries of the Bolivarian Alliance for the Peoples of Our America – Peoples’ Trade Treaty (ALBA-TCP) have expressed their deep concern regarding the recent allegations made by former president Evo Morales about a possible assassination attempt against his life.
In an official statement, ALBA-TCP declared that they “are closely monitoring the situation in the Plurinational State of Bolivia and express their deepest concern regarding the allegations made by former president Evo Morales.”
The regional bloc also strongly condemned any act of violence, reaffirming its support for the thorough investigation ordered by President Luis Arce to clarify the facts.
Furthermore, ALBA-TCP called for dialogue among the parties in Bolivia, urging them to unite their strengths for the benefit of the Bolivian people.
